Our manafacturer warranty is two years and we work with two of the best outdoor clothing repair specialists in the EU (Green Wolf) and UK (LSR) to make sure that any repair work is of the highest quality. Our ambition is to provide affordable repair options, whether that’s DIY repair packs or a collect and repair service. Ultimately, looking after high-quality, durable products is the best way to reduce consumption. Our long-term goal is to offer a lifetime warranty, but this isn't feasible just yet.

NETZERO BY 2040
With guidance from POW, we have outlined Planks’ environmental goals for the future and plotted our roadmap to get there. It will culminate in a 50% reduction in carbon emissions by 2030 and the goal of being NetZero by 2040.
We are committed to doing business the right way. To hold ourselves accountable we have taken the POW (Protect Our Winters) pledge. The pledge is a framework that outlines actions that we can take to reduce our carbon dependency. It covers all aspects of our operations: CO2 intensive activities such as logistics and manufacturing, and more immediate steps, like buying electricity from renewable suppliers and divesting from the fossil fuel industry.
1 PRODUCT SOLD = 1 TREE PLANTED
For every Planks product, large or small, that you buy, online or in store, Eden Reforestation Projects, will plant a tree. Eden Reforestation Projects is a non-profit organization on a mission to plant trees and create employment for impoverished communities. The community grows from seedlings, plants, and nurtures the trees to maturity.
Tree-planting is a positive way to foster socio-econimic development while enchancing and preserving the environment. However, we understand that off-setting our emissions is not enough. It's crucial that we put our efforts into stopping these carbon emissions from getting into the atmosphere in the first place. That's why we are working on calculating our carbon footprint, so that we can work on reducing our output and implementing a carbon reduction plan.
OUR PACKAGING
SINGLE USE PLASTIC? PROBELM DIS(SOLVED)
As of now, all our new season products are being packed in ‘Leave No Trace’ garment bags.
These bags are water soluble, ocean safe, recyclable, compostable, and fully biodegradable. They break down into harmless biomass, leaving no microplastics, no toxins, and no trace.
This pioneering technology has been launched by Aquapak, who have engineered a plastic technology that acts as an alternative to single-use, non-degradable plastic.
